I’m Stacey Doby, founder of Beyond Adventures Travel, and I believe every journey should be as meaningful as the destination itself. As your dedicated travel advisor, my role is simple: to transform your travel dreams into seamless, unforgettable experiences.
Travel has always been woven into the fabric of my life. I’m a wife, mother, and proud grandmother who treasures exploring the world and creating lifelong memories with family. From camping under the stars to discovering new destinations across the globe, I understand firsthand how powerful travel can be in bringing people together. And when I’m not planning incredible getaways, my two furry sidekicks, Mya and Cruz, are never far from my side.
A few years ago, my husband and I made the exciting move to Boise, Idaho, where we built our dream home and began an exciting new chapter. Before launching my travel business, I spent more than 30 years in healthcare leadership. That career was rooted in service, care, and attention to detail — qualities that now shape the way I serve my travel clients. While I once cared for people in a clinical setting, today I care for them by thoughtfully designing personalized journeys that exceed expectations.

I'm Jessica Williamson, co-founder of Beyond Adventures Travel, and I am a proud wife and mother of four — three boys and one girl — and we embrace every opportunity to create memories together. Whether we’re snowboarding, camping in our trailer “Betsy,” or paddle boarding, we value adventure, connection, and time spent outdoors.
I spent many years in health care managing two behavioral health clinics, where I supported clinical teams and ensured compassionate, quality care for individuals and families.
As the work became too demanding to balance with family life, I knew it was time to make a change. With my husband’s support, I stepped away from my medical career to focus on my family and pursue my passion for travel.
Today, I combine my background in leadership and service with my love for travel, helping families plan meaningful experiences with confidence and ease. I am grateful to build a career that allows me to support others while staying fully present for the people who matter most to me.
